How to report, assess and publish a correction to Fly with Bags guidance or product information.

How to report a correction

Email hello@flywithbags.net with the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, the current official source if available, and the date you observed the issue. Do not send booking references, passport details or other sensitive personal information.

What happens next

  1. We record the report and identify the affected claim.
  2. We check the operating airline or other primary authority.
  3. We assess whether the error changes a traveller's decision.
  4. We correct, qualify, merge or withdraw the material as appropriate.
  5. We update the review date and note a material correction on the page.

Urgent safety or policy issues

Safety, dangerous-goods and accessibility errors are prioritised. Fly with Bags is not an airline and cannot override a carrier or regulator. Where a journey is imminent, contact the operating airline directly as well as reporting the page to us.

Editorial independence

A correction does not depend on whether a source, airline or advertiser is commercially connected to Fly with Bags. We do not remove accurate criticism in exchange for payment or preferential access.
