About Fly with Bags

A UK-built comparison project and publisher focused on one practical question: how does a returned fare comparison change when explicit prices for the supported bags are available?

About

Why the project exists

Fly with Bags exists because the lowest fare on a results page can become the expensive option once luggage is added. The comparison uses the three supported bag choices when returned provider data contains explicit prices, and keeps missing prices visible instead of assuming that they are zero.

Accountability

What makes the guidance different

Guides are organised around a traveller decision, connect claims to reviewed sources, and explain what data is missing. Product copy is limited to implemented bag choices; illustrative interfaces and figures are labelled instead of being presented as live results.

Our Values

What guides us

The product principles behind Fly with Bags

Total price first

We compare the returned fare with supported bag prices rather than treating the headline fare as the whole decision.

Three clear bag choices

The current app accepts a small under-seat bag, a larger cabin bag and checked bags.

Known boundaries

Seats, sports equipment and refund rules are not presented as part of the current comparison total.

Missing data stays visible

A supported bag price is used only when the returned provider data contains it; incomplete options stay identified as incomplete.

Source-aware guidance

Editorial guidance links to reviewed primary sources and records when time-sensitive material was checked.

Final airline check

Airline rules and prices can change, so the current airline or booking-provider terms remain authoritative before payment.
